Dankie Vader, dat ek U ken en dat my burgerskap nie in hierdie wêreld is nie. My burgerskap is in Jesus Christus, op wie ek wag om my te kom haal.

Php 3:20 ‘For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,’ (NKJV)
Thank You, Father, that I know You and that my citizenship is not of this world. My citizenship is in Jesus Christ, on whom I wait to be fetched.

Filp1:6 ‘omdat ek juis hierop vertrou, dat Hy wat ‘n goeie werk in julle begin het, dit sal voleindig tot op die dag van Jesus Christus;’ (AOV)
God het ‘n goeie werk in my begin en sal dit enduit voer! Dit is gerusstelliend, dit bemoedig en gee sekerheid.
Dankie Vader, Jesus en Heilige Gees vir U goeie werk wat my versterk, oplig en vertroue (krag) gee.

Php 1:6 ‘And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.’ (ESV)
God has started a good work in me and will carry it out to the end! This is reassuring, it encourages and gives certainty.
Thank You Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit for Your good work in me, that strengthens, uplifts and gives me confidence.

Paulus se besonderse groet, spreek die gelowiges aan as heiliges en spreek oor hulle God se genade en vrede.
Dankie Vader, dat ons in Jesus Christus heilig is en ook U genade en vrede het.

Php 1:1,2 ‘Paul and Timothy, bondservants of Jesus Christ, To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, with the bishops and deacons: 2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.’ (NKJV)
Paul’s greeting is special. He calls the believers holy and speak God’s grace and peace over them.
Thank You, Father, that we are holy through Jesus Christ and that we have Your grace and peace.
