Ons identiteit word dikwels gevorm deur dit wat met ons en om ons gebeur, maar dit is die wêreld se mening, nie God se mening nie.

Kom ons verklaar en bevestig ons ID in Christus volgens:

Joh 3:16 ‘Want so lief het God die wêreld gehad, dat Hy sy eniggebore Seun gegee het, sodat elkeen wat in Hom glo, nie verlore mag gaan nie, maar die ewige lewe kan hê.’ (AOV)

Ek het die ewige lewe saam met Christus omdat ek in Jesus Christus glo. God wil nie hê dat iemand verlore moet gaan nie. Daarom het Hy Sy Seun gegee, om jou en my sondeskuld te betaal. Dit is jou keuse! Het jy Jesus as jou Verlosser aangeneem? Doen dit asseblief nou.

Let us declare and establish our Identity in Christ according to:

Joh 3:16 ‘For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.’ (NKJV)

I have eternal life with Christ because I believe in Jesus Christ. God does not want anyone to be lost. That is why He gave His Son to pay your and my sin debt. It is your choice! Have you accepted Jesus as your Savior? Please, do it now.

God het my soos lief, dat Hy Sy Seun gegee het, sodat elkeen, ek ook, wat in Jesus glo die ewige lewe saam met Hom sal hê!

Joh 3:16 ‘For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.’ (NKJV)

God loves me so much that He gave His Son so that everyone, me too, who believes in Jesus will have eternal life with Him!

God het my lief, só lief, dat Hy nie wil hê dat ek vir ewig verlore gaan nie!

Joh 1:12 Maar almal wat Hom aangeneem het, aan hulle het Hy mag gegee om kinders van God te word, aan hulle wat in sy Naam glo; (AOV)

Ek glo in Jesus, ek het Hom aangeneem as my verlosser, daarom is ek ‘n kind van God!

Joh 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: (NKJV)

I believe in Jesus. I accepted Him as my Saviour, therefore I am a child of God!

Kom ons verklaar en bevestig ons ID in Christus volgens:

die opsomming uit Galasiërs:

  • God is my Pa, en ek is Sy kind, dit deur my geloof in Jesus! Dis wonderlik! Dankie, Vader-God! Gal3:26
  • Ek het Christus aangeneem, ek is nou verenig (een) met alle gelowiges in Christus. Dankie Vader vir eenheid in geloof en ons wonderlike geloofsfamilie. Gal3:27,28
  • Ek het Jesus aangeneem, ek is ‘n erfgenaam van die belofte! (Ef3:6; 2:16) Dankie Jesus! Gal3:29
  • Ek is ‘n kind van God en die Heilige Gees leef in my! Ek noem my hemelse Pa Abba! Wat ‘n besonderse voorreg! Gal4:6
  • Ek is kind en erfgenaam deur Christus, nie ‘n slaaf (van die sonde) nie! Ek het ‘n Pa wat my liefhet en my bemagtig. Gal4:6,7

this summary from Galatians:

  • God is my Father, and I am His child through my faith in Jesus! That’s great! Thank you, Father God! Gal3: 26
  • I have accepted Christ, I am now united (one) with all believers in Christ. Thank you, Father, for unity in faith and our wonderful family of faith. Gal3:27,28
  • I have accepted Jesus and am an heir of the promise! (Eph3:6; 2:16) Thank you, Jesus! Gal3: 29
  • I am a child of God and the Holy Spirit lives in me! I call my heavenly Father Abba! What a privilege! Gal4: 6
  • I am a child and heir by Christ, not a slave (of sin)! I have a Dad who loves me and empowers me. Gal4:6,7
