Our identity is often shaped by what happens to us and around us, but that is the opinion of the world, not God’s opinion.

The moment we accept Jesus as our Savior, our spirit is renewed. 2 Cor 5:17. Our soul (thought, emotions and will) and body, are still exactly the same, there is no change. Often our mind and emotions (soul) struggle to understand why our spirit is now different than before. We must now adjust our thinking to align with what has happened in our spirit. Rom12:2.

Let us declare and establish our Identity in Christ according to:

Psa139:16 ‘Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in Your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.’ (ESV)

God planned me, even before anything, on earth was created.
I’m in God’s mind and He has a special plan just for me.

God said He would be with us. There is no reason to struggle (financially) or to feel alone. God said He would not leave us. Thank You, Father, that You are always with me and taking care of me!

Our identity is often shaped by what happens to us and around us, but that is the opinion of the world, not God’s opinion.

Let us declare and establish our Identity in Christ according to:

Psa139:15,16 ‘ You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in Your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.'(NLT)

When I was formed, Father, I was already planned, already, part of Your plan! My days were written down, even before the world was made. (Eph 1: 4) Thank You, Father, that I was created so wonderful and unique, that You have a plan for me!

PS: God planned everything well. He gave man the power on earth, which means we can make choices and decisions. I have a choice whether I want to follow God’s plan for me. Our lives are affected by the fallen world in which we live because man has given power over to the devil. However, Jesus came to pay the ransom on our behalf and to take back the power (dominion, authority).

Father, Your works are truly wonderful and I am the most wonderful of Your creation! Thank You for making me so special and wonderful in love.
