When you feel lost, down, under pressure, rejected, or discouraged, you need to remember your identity in Christ and what Christ had done for you.
Lets declare and establish our Identity in Christ according to:
Rom 6:6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. (NKJV)
I am new in my spirit, I am like Christ in my spirit. My soul ( thoughts, will and emotions) must now be renewed to come in line with my spirit. My soul is no longer a slave to sin.

My sin nature, my old man, was crucified with Christ when I was saved (regeneration). My soul (mind, will, emotions) are still learning. I was made new in my spirit! My sin nature is dead because my spirit is new and like Christ’s Spirit.
