Rom 8:2 ‘For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.’ (NKJV)
Thank you Jesus! You freed me from the cycle of sin and death! I have eternal life.

Rom 8:1 ‘There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.'(NKJV)
I walk in the spirit, not in the flesh. Therefore I am without guilt and free, there is no more condemnation!

Rom 8:1 ‘Daar is dan nou geen veroordeling vir die wat in Christus Jesus is nie, vir die wat nie na die vlees wandel nie, maar na die Gees.’ (AOV)
Ek wandel in die gees, nie in die vlees nie, daarom is ek onskuldig en vry, daar is geen veroordeling meer nie!
Let us declare and establish our Identity in Christ according to:
God love me (Joh3:16; Eph1:4)
He planned me, I am not an afterthought (Psa139:16)
I am a child of God (Joh1:12; Col1:13)
I am chosen, accepted and adopted(Eph1:5)
I am redeemed, holy and righteous and have wisdom in Christ (1Cor1:30)
I am forgiven (Eph1:7; Joh3:17-19)
I am blameless, without condemnation (Rom8:1,2)
I have logic thinking (no fear), power, love and a sound mind (self-control)

I have God’s grace and favour (Eph1:7; Luk2:14; Prov3:4; Psa23:6)

Hy het my beplan, ek is nie ‘n las nie (Ps139:16)
Ek is God se skeppingswerk (Ef2:10)
Ek is ‘n kind van God (Joh1:12; Kol1:13)
Ek is verkies, aanvaar en aangeneem (Ef1:5)
Ek is verlos, heilig, geregtig (vry) en het wysheid in Christus (1Kor1:30)
Ek is vergewe (Ef1:7; Joh3:17-19)
Ek is sonder blaam, sonder oordeel (Rom8:1-2)
Ek het logiese denke (nie vrees nie), krag, liefde en selfbeheersing (helder en goeie verstand) (2Tim1:7)
Ek het God se genade en guns (Ef1:7; Luk2:14; Spr3:4; Ps23:6)

Rom 6:22 ‘But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.’ (NKJV)
I am holy (set apart, clean and righteous) and have everlasting life! Because I believe in Jesus and what He did for me. Thank you, Jesus!

Rom 6:22 ‘Maar nou dat julle vrygemaak is van die sonde en diensbaar geword het aan God, het julle jul vrug tot heiligmaking en uiteindelik die ewige lewe.’ (ANV)
Ek is heilig (toegewei aan God; skoon gewas en regverdig voor God) en ek het die ewige lewe gekry! Omdat ek in Jesus glo en dít wat Hy vir my gedoen het. Dankie Jesus!
Lets declare and establish our Identity in Christ according to:
Rom 6:18 ‘And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness [of conformity to God’s will and purpose].’ (AMP)
Because of our faith in Jesus Christ, we are set free from the sin-nature. We are no longer slaves to sin but we are slaves to God’s righteousness. We live in God’s will and purpose for us.

Rom 6:18 ‘Ons dank God dat julle van die sonde vrygemaak is en slawe van God geword het wat sy wil doen.’ (ANV)
Ons is deur ons geloof in Christus vrygespreek van die sondelas, ons is nie meer slawe van sonde nie, maar het nou slawe geword van God se geregtigheid, ons lewe in God se wil en doel vir ons.

Rom 6:14 ‘For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.’ (NKJV)
Thank you, Father, that You gave Jesus to free us from sin and its power. Thank You for the freedom of Your grace that we now live under.
